What Is Reflexology?
Reflexology is the application of appropriate pressure to specific points and areas on the feet, hands, or ears. What is Aromatherapy?
Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils for psychological and physical enhancement aimed at improving a person’s health and mood. Aromatherapy is an art and science that dates back over 5000 years. Evidence of essential oils has been found in tombs from the Tigris and Euphrates River Valley, ancient Egypt, the Indus Valley and China.
What are essential oils?
Essential oils are concentrated plant essences produced from distilling the plant material. The aroma affects the brain via inhalation, and through the skin; the benefits go directly into the bloodstream. (This is true of everything we smell and apply to our skin!) Aromatherapy is completely complementary to all other forms of healing including acupuncture, herbs, as well as prescription drugs, etc.

A more personalized approach, excellent for those who want a more individualized aromatherapy consultation. Assessments can be done for any age individual. After consultation, custom made formulas are created for to you to address specific concerns. Products and complete instructions are provided. A 1 hour intake is followed up with a 3- 4 month supply of custom blended serums and/or cream based formulas
