The following directions are for your convenience in driving to the clinic. These directions should help in most instances. If you are not certain on how to get to the clinic please call and we will help you find your way. If this is your first visit to the clinic and you are a new patient there is about fifteen minutes of paper work that must be filled out before you see one of our staff. Be sure and arrive fifteen minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out the necessary forms.

Carrollton/Farmers Branch/Addison

East on Hebron. Hebron changes name to Park. East on Park and go underneath the Dallas North Tollway. Continue East one more block to Parkwood. Turn left on to Parkwood and go North on Parkwood until you get to Parker Rd. Turn right onto Parker Rd. and go East on Parker Rd. about one half block. The clinic is located on your right in the back corner.

Lewisville/Flower Mound/The Colony

South on the Dallas North Tollway and take the Parker Rd. exit. After you get off the Tollway turn left onto Parker Rd., and go East on Parker Rd. Go past Parkwood which is the next block. Continue about one half block. The clinic is located on your right in the back corner.

Garland/Mesquite/Sunnyvale/Rowlett

West on the George Bush Highway to the Dallas North Tollway. Turn right onto the Tollway and go North on the Dallas North Tollway to the Parker Rd. exit. Take the exit and go to Parker Rd. Turn right onto Parker Rd. and go one block East to Parkwood. Continue past Parkwood about one half block. The clinic is located on your right in the back corner.

Dallas

North on Dallas North Tollway to Parker Rd.exit. Take the exit and go to Parker Rd. Turn right onto Parker road and go one block to Parkwood. Continue past Parkwood about one half block. The clinic is located on your right in the back corner.

Plano

West on Parker Rd. The clinic is located on the Southeast corner of Parkwood and Parker. Parkwood is one block East of the Dallas North Tollway.

Irving/Grand Prairie/Coppell/Bedford/Hurst/Euless/Grapevine

East on LBJ Freeway (635) to the Dallas North Tollway. Go North on the Tollway to Plano Parkway exit. Get off at the Plano Parkway exit and go to Plano Parkway. Turn right onto Plano Parkway and go one block to Parkwood. Turn left onto Parkwood and go North to Parker Rd. Turn right onto Parker Rd and go about one half block. The clinic is located on your right in the back corner.

Allen/McKinney

South on Central Expressway (75) to Parker Rd exit. Get off at the Parker Rd. exit and turn right onto Parker Rd. Go West on Parker Rd. The clinic is located on the Southeast corner of Parkwood and Parker Rd. Parkwood is one block East of the Dallas North Tollway.

Duncanville/Cedar Hill/Oak Cliff

North on I-35 to LBJ (635). Turn right onto 635 and go East to Dallas North Tollway. Go North on the Tollway to the Plano Parkway exit. Get off at the Plano Parkway exit and go to Plano Parkway. Turn right onto Plano Parkway and go one block to Parkwood. Turn left onto Parkwood and go North to Parker Rd. Turn right onto Parker Rd. and go one block to Parkwood. Continue through Parkwood about one half block. The clinic is located on your right in the back corner.
