Qi Gong (Chi Gong) is a system of breathing and physical exercise that is part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Used in a clinical setting to enhance the effectiveness of the acupuncture treatment. Many patients experience a profoundly deep feeling of relaxation and pain relief with Qi Gong during their visit to the clinic. As an exercise it helps to strengthen the body. Qi Gong is a great routine for building strength after surgery. Classes are available through our clinic.
